Koolituse sisu:
\n<\/span><\/strong>Eesm\u00e4rgiks on lastele \u00f5petada tasakaalu, \u00f5iget asendit ja s\u00f5iduohutust l\u00e4bi m\u00e4ngulise tegevuse. Lapsed \u00f5pivad l\u00e4bi erinevate m\u00e4nguliste harjutuste rulluiskudel ladusamalt edasi liikuma, pidurdama, p\u00f6\u00f6rama ja man\u00f6\u00f6verdama. \u00a0\u00d5petame lastele kui t\u00e4htis on turvalisus ( kaitsmed, ohutu liikumine ja arvestamine teiste kaass\u00f5itjatega) ning samal ajal jagame juhiseid, kuidas n\u00f6 targalt rulluisutada ja laseme neil sellest r\u00f5\u00f5mu tunda.<\/div>\n

SOOVITUS:<\/strong> Oluline on see, et kui laps koolitusele tuleb, peab ta suutma iseseisvalt rulluisukudel p\u00fcsti seista ja natuke ka liikuda. Selleks soovitame meie kodus lasta lapsel esialgu n\u00e4iteks muru peal rulluisud jalas m\u00e4ngimas k\u00e4ia v\u00f5i toas vaiba peal nendega k\u00f5ndida. See on kasulik selleks, et laps harjuks rulluiskudega ja aitaks leida esialgset tasakaalu, samuti on ka kukkumine sel juhul pehmem ega ehmata last \u00e4ra.<\/span><\/p>\n
