Eesm\u00e4rgiks on \u00f5petada rulluisukudel liiklejatele tasakaalu, \u00f5iget s\u00f5iduasendit ja ka s\u00f5iduohutust. \u00d5petame rulluisutamise algtehnikat, kus erinevate harjutuste abil \u00a0\u00f5pitakse rulluiskudel ladusamalt edasi liikuma, pidurdama, p\u00f6\u00f6rama ja man\u00f6\u00f6verdama.<\/div>\n
